The ideal candidate for this position is a self-driven individual with a passion for manufacturing. Responsible for running SMT equipment such as stencil printers (DEK), pick and place machine (Mydata), and reflow ovens (Vitronics-Soltec); this position is at the heart of the assembly process. Tend machines by quickly and efficiently loading/replenishing feeders with reels of components, entering programs into automated placement machinery, setting up support fixtures, and prepping multiple assembly lines for next shop order. Primary goal being to maximize machine productive time Read shop orders, follow production work instruction and sample assemblies Provide daily status and process communications to Production Supervisor Position, align, and hand-place components in specified relationship to each other in jig, fixture or conveyance during sequential assembly of printed circuit boards Collect quality data, essential for continuous improvement and tracking of deliverables Perform operator level preventive maintenance on machines Troubleshooting component placement and machine issues Mount components such as transformers, resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits and sockets on chassis, panel or printed circuit board Communicate nonconforming to product specification and any procedures that cannot be performed as documented Collect scrap information from machinery; Investigate root cause for excessive scrap Maintain component reels in stocking locations as required, promptly returning after use and always observing proper ESD and contamination prevention handling practices Observe safe production practices by only operating machines with all safety doors closed and with all safety guards in placeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
