SCHEELS is currently seeking a Full-Time Model/Sample Coordinator for our Fargo, ND Corporate Office. The model/sample coordinator position is responsible for all aspects of planning and coordinating product and model images. This position will work with a wide variety of people within the Scheels Corporation to produce desired images Responsibilities Include: Collaborate with marketing teams and company leaders on model and product sample needs Seek out appropriate photographic subjects and opportunities; Create a system to organize subjects for future contact Communicate with photographic subjects, putting them at ease, encouraging them and directing them during photo shoots Arrange still life objects, products, scenes, props and backgrounds Product purchase and returns for photography use Sample room organization of product and receipts Understand photography and keep up to date with industry trends, developments and new techniques Archive photos with correct naming convention Actively participate in the following meetings: Turn-in meetings Weekly preprint meetings Monthly Marketing Office staff meetings Requirements: Ability to be organized, detailed, and multi-task Strong initiative and vision for continuous improvement Ability to work independently and with the team Respond with urgency to address photography needs Strong oral/written communication skills to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with all levels of the organization Ability to travel on weekends and evenings, with flexible hours as needed for photo shoots Able to lift or move up to 50 lbs. Education and
Experience: Ideal candidate will have an associate's degree in Marketing, Photography, Graphics or related field preferred; and / or 1-3 years of marketing experience Schedule: Must be flexible to work between 7a.m. and 7p.m., Monday through Friday, with some weekends as needed. Average hours per week are between 40 and 45 hours
