SCHEELS is currently seeking a Full-Time Preprint Associate for our Fargo, ND Corporate Office. This individual is responsible for all proofing stages of our preprints. This position will work with a variety of roles to produce profitable ads for all of our Scheels locations. Responsibilities Include: Liaison between Graphic Artists and Corporate Leaders on all print ad proofs Work with printing companies on deadlines and press run reports Copy Editor for print ads Review and proof copy and other marketing materials Collect and process store print ad sign plans Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements to be under budget Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements Contribute to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team and promotes personal growth Actively participate in team meetings Requirements: Comfort level for communicating with clients Ability to be organized, detailed, and multi-task Strong initiative and vision for continuous improvement Ability to work independently and with the team Respond with urgency to address project needs Excellent written & oral communication skills, including proofreading skills Strong presentation skills to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with all levels of the organization Able to lift or move up to 50 lbs. Experience: Ideal candidate will have a minimum of an Associate''s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 1-3 years marketing experience Schedule: Must be flexible to work between 7a.m. and 7p.m., Monday through Friday, with some weekends as needed. Average hours per week are between 40 and 45 hours.
