Coordinate all tradeshow logistics (booth space reservations, badge registrations, travel requests, giveaways, shipping/drayage, etc.) and tradeshow support Provide administrative support to the marketing team (process mailings, assemble marketing kits, maintain database for mailings, etc.) Manage marketing material inventory (apparel, giveaways, collateral volumes, etc.) Maintain campaign metrics to assist with ensuring that marketing efforts are successful Provide administrative assistance as needed on film/video/photo shoots Assist with event planning including facility and logistics details, coordinate with appropriate cross-functional team members on agenda and invitation details, maintain RSVP lists, and other duties needed for holding successful events Provide back-up support to the Office Receptionist on a limited basis as neededEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
