You will also receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000 for relocation costs.Highlights of your roleDesign and develop new equipment from concept to implementation:Specify and design complex custom-built equipment and systems that meet the project scopeIntegrate into production utilizing hands-on fabrication, installation, and problem-solving skillsLead appropriate trainingDemonstrate innovation and efficiency in engineering concepts and designsEnsure accurate documentation is available for new equipmentLead/Support the development and implementation of equipment and process innovations that will improve Tecton's efficiency and capabilities.Drive efficiency by advancing and implementing new technologies and innovation.Lead and drive project success (scope met, on time, on budget) using defined departmental processes. Champion trials to test and validate new equipment and processes.Identify and implement equipment improvement opportunities on existing equipment. Capture, interpret, and present data to drive improvement projects; determine root cause, develop solutions, validate, and implement as required.Provide engineering, troubleshooting, and hands-on support to Production, Maintenance, and other teams as needed in a multi-disciplined environment. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
