This role is for implementing enhancements, features, and updates to DMF's web applications and internal software integrations.
The role will primarily focus on DMF's major initiatives, Giving Hearts Day, and Lend A Hand Up, as well as assist with CRM integrations.
Through internal management support and brilliant execution, this position will help accelerate measurable impact in all areas.
Key
Responsibilities:
Work with Technology Lead to design, develop, and maintain all web applications under DMF and Impact Foundation Perform quality control of programs and system changes prior to implementation Assist with internal software and technology platforms Contribute to a creative and innovative work environment Strong initiative and vision for continuous improvement Excellent analytical skills; superior problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail, organization, problem solving and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to self-start, work independently and work as part of a team Ability to work cooperatively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
Excellent judgement in doing the right thing, the right way - Must be committed to excellence Must thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment A positive attitude is required Must be reliable and possess a tremendous work ethic Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field Experience in building Web User Interface (UI) using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, REST API's Experience with SPA frameworks (React / Angular / Ember / Vue / jQuery) Experience with backend frameworks (Node.
js) Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgresql) A strong understanding of programming concepts and ability to adapt to multiple programming languages Understanding of basic DevOps principles and Application Lifecycle Management concepts Organized and detail-oriented, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level Ability to be a strong team player Results-oriented; strong ability to execute large initiatives with multiple stakeholders Commitment to company values This position was listed as of May 19, 2023; resumes accepted until June 19, 2023.
