Join our growing team with this newly created position! The Learning and Development Specialist is primarily responsible for facilitating training and learning programs and coaching employees, including but not limited to orientation and onboarding programs for new team members, Professional Development Opportunities, Leadership Assessments, career development and more.
The L&D Specialist will work with team members to develop training materials, job aids, learning maps, and other dynamic and interactive learning solutions, and design engaging training programs based on consultation with subject matter experts.
This individual will also assist with organizational and project specific training needs by collaborating with others across the organization.
Some travel may be required.
Core Performance
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage successful development, delivery and evaluation of any trainings associated with technology, operating systems, policies, processes and team and leadership development.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop, customize, and update curriculum and training materials to ensure that organizational and stakeholder needs are met.
Develop tools and resources for team members from idea to implementation.
Collaborate organizational wide to train team members on policies and procedures, use of technology tools, customer service, sales, business, and people management skills.
Coordinate and facilitate workshops on various topics.
Experience, Education and Licensure:
1.
Two-year associate degree in business or related subject preferred; or one to two years of previous experience in a training or facilitation role preferred.
2.
A motivated, well-organized, and self-directed individual who is also able to motivate and guide others.
3.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, manage time, as well as possess an orientation toward details.
4.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to relate and address issues with a diverse group of people.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
