00/Hour This role is responsible to provide various office and location support activities.
Identifies , enhances and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided; ensures the correct functioning of facilities, office and/ or business support services.
Here's what you'll do:
Take customer orders for our fresh meat products Maintains records, receives, prepares or verifies documents, searching for and compiling information and data.
Respond to routine request with answers by phone, in person, or by email or letter correspondence.
Sales - Responsible for processing orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact.
- Track and monitor orders for customers and sales personnel, and maintain customer files.
- Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures.
Purchasing - Compile and maintain purchasing information and records.
Edits purchase requests and prepares purchase orders.
- Consults catalogs and other references to obtain prices and specifications.
- Maintain files and records of materials, prices, inventories and deliveries.
- May contact vendors and suppliers for quotations, and follow up on outstanding purchase orders.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Here's what you'll need:
High School Diploma (Required) or equivalent required.
Two years general office experience, customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills sufficient to compose and deliver responses to customers routine to moderately complex questions in a clear and concise manner.
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with team and customers.
Working Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
