If you are ready to embark on a journey of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth, we invite you to join us as a Process Engineer!Highlights of your roleIdentify and drive the elimination of wastefulness in production processes to improve efficiencies.Recognize and lead cost reduction opportunities across the organization.Identify continuous improvement ideas through the CI boards and lead multi-functional teams on the implementation of ideas submitted to the boards.Identify and proactively pursue opportunities to enhance processes by eliminating gaps, fostering the development of best practices, and ensuring sustained improvementsDocument accurate, concise, and unambiguous procedures that are consistent with the process and follow current process control requirements. Coach others on documentation techniques.Develop and mentor others on lean concepts throughout the organizationYou're a good fit if you haveBachelor's degree in Engineering is required; Industrial Engineering is strongly preferred.2

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
