The ideal candidate has an interest fermentation and the ability to jump in and contribute as they learn.
We offer competitive pay starting at $20.
00 per hour plus benefits.
A variety of shifts are available and a $1.
00 per hour shift differential is applied to any night shift hours worked.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Operate, control and monitor various process equipment (training provided) including make-up tanks, fermenters, conveyors, rotary valves, pneumatic blowers, pumps, dryers, scrubbers, centrifuges and evaporators Obtain samples and perform tests Collect, record, and review data to identify and evaluate trends Provide input and recommendations for changes related to findings.
Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks to support sanitation program, good manufacturing practices (GMP) and adherence with standard operating protocols.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Previous experience using process equipment, tools and testing methods Basic math and analytical skills Read write and speak English Ability to perform tasks in confined spaces and extreme temperatures using personal protective equipment Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
