Responsibilities:
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall direction and administration of the programs and services provided by the facility.
Develops, implements, and monitors policies and objectives of the facility according to the philosophy and mission of CHI Living Communities.
Functions as a liaison to the Advisory Board.
Actively contributes to the efficiency and morale of the campus.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Administration or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience.
