Job duties:
Account Payable - Process invoices, including verifying accuracy, coding to the appropriate accounts, and obtaining approvals for payment.
Reconcile company credit card receipts Reconcile accounts payable statements and identify and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accounts payable records and files.
Office Management - Answering and directing phone calls Ordering Office Supplies Managing phone system Keeping the office stocked Prep weekly lunch meetings Providing general support to visitors Schedule:

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounts payable role preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in Sage Paperless or other accounting software preferred Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
