HR Administrative Assistant SHIFT:
Part-time up to 30 hours per week.
Hours will vary depending on the status of the relocation program.
PAY RATE:
$19.

00 per hour (Depending on experience) LOCATION:
Fargo, ND The HR Administrative Assistant will coordinate all activities relating to TNS employees relocating from countries outside the United States.
This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire relocation program.
The HR Administrative Assistant will act as a company liaison and must have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task, maintain confidentiality as needed and have a friendly demeanor.

Coordinate and communicate with Relocation Partner(s) and TNS teams regarding employees relocating through the program.
Recruitment, matching, legal processing, logistics, etc.
Communicate with relocating employees.
Ability to use Google Translate, if needed.
Coordinate the arrival of relocating employees and their family.
Navigation and tour of town with relocating employees and their family.
Purchase supplies for relocating employes, as needed.
Reconcile and manage P-Card transactions.
Assist HR in functions related to the Talent Acquisition team and recruiting/hiring programs.
Follow all company safety and quality requirements.
Prompt and dependable attendance.
Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALITIES Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
English and Ukrainian preferred.
Ability to operate Microsoft Office Suite software.
Ability to use company operating systems.
Ability to effectively communicate via email and telephone.
Ability to logically think through process steps and identify potential issues.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Ability to act in a self-confident manner to facilitate completion of a work assignment or to defend a position or idea.
Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word and in writing clearly and concisely.
Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures.
Ability to complete tasks or continue in a course of action in spite of opposition or discouragement.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Bilingual - English and Ukrainian preferred Experience managing a project or community involvement program.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
