Job Description Review request for proposals (RFPs) and meet with department and company leadership to determine and develop marketing and communication plans regarding RFPs and other initiatives.
Responsible for document development including writing, editing, and creating customized graphics to illustrate technical concepts, layout, and production for a variety of client deliverables such as proposals, project reports, presentations, etc.
Research, write, edit, and format technical content to create compelling stories that effectively communicate our company's value proposition as well as proposal/marketing materials in a unified voice and consistent style.
Proactively and persistently solicit input from technical staff members across multiple office locations to meet deadlines for various marketing materials.
Facilitate proposal meetings and manage proposal assignments and deadlines.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in English, Writing, Marketing, Mass Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3-5
years of full-time, applied experience in a similar role.
Marketing/sales writing, proposal writing, report writing, and/or technical writing.
Experience in the architecture, engineering, and/or construction (ACECE) industry is a plus.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
Canva experience a plus.
Audio/video/photography experience preferred.
Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly solicit information from technical staff to produce organized, thorough, consistent, and accurate content.
This includes proficiency with grammar, punctuation, spelling, and style guides.
Strong team player, responsible, dedicated, and self-motivated with the ability to manage time, multi-task, and excel with multiple priorities in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment.
Must be able to occasionally work extended hours as needed to meet deadlines.
Valid Driver's License and in good standing.
Occasional travel necessary.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
