This position will be responsible for daily activities to keep the office running efficiently and HR tasks to help the team reach their goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Coverage of the front desk Answering calls, unlocking doors, greeting guests Manage inventory of office supplies Complete HRIS audits Document management and organization Support on- and off-boarding Assist with talent acquisition Review candidates and schedule phone screens Assist with data entry Support HR compliance EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE HR degree or 1 year of relevant experience Valid driver's license Willingness to learn Ability to self-motivate Strong verbal and written communication Knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to maintain confidentiality KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Ability to work independently or on a team Project management Time management Problem solving Ethical conduct WHAT COLLECTIVE WILL BRING TO YOU A comprehensive benefits package which includes:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
