Bachelor's or associate's degree or degree from an accredited legal assistant or paralegal program, or CLA certification preferred.
Bachelor's degree in related field acceptable also - will provide training.
Duties include medical record analysis and preparation of medical summaries, organization of records and preparation of exhibit lists for hearings, drafting discovery responses, and scheduling witnesses.
