We are seeking a Logistics Support Specialist to join our team and manage operations within our warehouse.
This professional multitasker will manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail oriented, and able to track multiple facets of the warehouse at any given time.
You must achieve inventory accuracy, and coordinate orders, ultimately overseeing the fulfillment of thousands of product orders every year.
In this role, you will have the chance to work with a team of talented individuals who are focused on meeting the needs of customers by providing High Quality Products and Services with Integrity, Timeliness, and Diligence solving a wide variety of engineering and equipment challenges in a warehouse and field environment.

Logistics Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Quality Control Measures Emphasize data driven decisions for better accuracy and higher throughput Put in place quality control procedures for shipping and receiving products to mitigate losses Assist with optimizing the shipping/receiving and purchasing departments Assist with Inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals Assist with Creating Procedures and Protocols Ability to analyze and improve operational processes Assist with Quality Control measures, developing and implementing department-wide quality control and measures Legal Compliance:
ensuring that operations comply with local and national regulations.
Problem-Solving ability to solve problems and improvements as needed.

Responsibilities:
Assist with Inventory audits to ensure correct inventory Conceptualize large picture projects and foresee challenges that should be addressed Collaborate with management and other departments to close operational gaps Be a part of a new ERP implementation, focusing on inventory modules Logistics Support Specialist
Qualifications:
Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or similar field or equivalent work experience Ability to understand and use an ERP system Ability to find and process data not readily available 5
