We're looking for full-time entry-level production leads.
The ideal candidate for these roles are go-getters with a knack for challenging others to greatness.

00 per hour shift differential is applied to any night shift hours worked.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Set up, operate, and maintain industrial equipment used for blending, drying, extraction, etc.
Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials following standardized formulas.
Prepare and load product into ingredient processing equipment.
Troubleshoot product or equipment issues and perform preventative maintenance to improve equipment performance for maximum uptime.
Fill out documentation and perform routine housekeeping.
Champion adherence to safety and food quality standards.
Support other departments and train new employees, as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Previous experience in industrial manufacturing and/or food processing Knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures Demonstrated ability to work independently Basic math and analytical skills Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
, climb stairs, lift, bend, kneel, stand for long periods of time, work in confined spaces or at heights in a hot, dusty, noisy environment.
