Senior Project Architects
We are calling all experienced Senior Project Architects! Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Demonstrating a keen interest or prior experience in Healthcare, K-12 & Higher Education, or Data Centers
- Independently managing architectural services for projects of varying sizes
- Upholding the highest standards of documentation quality throughout project lifecycles
- Taking the lead or providing support during the Construction Administration process
- Crafting complete sets of construction documents for projects of diverse scales
- Excelling in team collaboration, client communication, and technical prowess
- Evaluating design requirements and ensuring overall design coherence
- Presenting innovative technical design solutions to clients or review committees
- Guiding and mentoring junior and intermediate staff members
- Building and nurturing relationships with past, current, and prospective clients
The qualifications we seek include:
- A professional degree in Architecture
- Over 15 years of relevant experience
- Mandatory Architectural Registration; preference for LEED AP or LEED BD C accreditation
- Proficiency in Revit alongside a balanced blend of design and technical expertise
- Familiarity with specifications, code research, and adept support in these domains
