Our Technology Consulting team is looking for a dynamic Database Administrator to join our growing team. You will be
responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and support of our client's database environment. The ideal candidate will oversee the administration of multiple databases for user acceptance testing, pre-production, and production environments.

The Technology Consulting group provides strategic consulting services, business management software solutions, technology auditing and security risk management, network and system implementation, integration and support; and custom software application development.
As a Database Administrator , you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service by providing support and developing internal applications for clients. You will also develop and test applications and work with operations to ensure scripts are set up properly.

Responsibilities:
Document and maintain database management system operational procedures.
The deployment of new Database Schema and code to SQL Servers.
Tune database performance to ensure defined business requirements.
Data migrations to and from various databases and environments.
Create, maintain and perform procedures for database refreshes.
Schedule, configure and install database upgrades and patches.
Install, maintain upgrades, and test database technologies.
Performs database maintenance to ensure optimum performance.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot SQL Server Reporting Services.
Provide problem solving expertise and coordination with Development as required across Microsoft technologies implemented in all Environments.
Setup and maintenance of SQL Server Maintenance Jobs such as indexing and statistics.
Identify slow-executing queries and Debug Transact-SQL statements and stored procedures.
Test SQL statements and stored procedures by single-stepping through statements to confirm that the code works as expected.
Recommend ways to tune the database for a small set of problem queries.
Provide reports that summarize the effects of implementing the recommendations for a given workload.
Recommend the best mix of indexes for databases by using the query optimizer to analyze queries in a workload.
Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and the technology industry as it relates to the clients we serve.
Work with the rest of Eide Bailly to service mutual firm clients.
We are seeking a Database Administrator who is able to provide detailed and effective communication when documenting database changes and modifications as part of the change control process and when interfacing with end users to procure data.eporting requirements.
Specific Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field

years' of SQL Server DBA experience (SQL 2005/2008/2012), making programs more comprehensive with fewer errors.
Expert knowledge of database installations, tuning and troubleshooting
2
years of SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
Proficient in defining business metrics and roles, organization structures and has SQL experience, as well as an understanding of Structural Programming and Data Transformation Services
Strong systems Administration skills
Excellent teamwork and communication skills - both verbal and written
