Minimum Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor''s Degree in Business Education and a current ND Educator''s Professional License or current out of state Educator''s Professional License (subject to ND ESPB review),
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to individuals with a master''s degree, proficiency in Microsoft 2013 Office Suite, student information systems (such as PowerSchool), and Learning Management Systems. Also experience in teaching middle level and high school students and experience in teaching online, distance education courses to middle level and high school students.

The North Dakota Center for Distance Education (NDCDE) provides online and distance learning to middle and high school students and schools in North Dakota, as well as many other states and several foreign countries. NDCDE was established by the ND legislature in 1935. It has operated continuously since its creation. Today, NDCDE offers over 300 semester length courses online for students in grades 6 - 12, including all courses required to earn a ND high school diploma. Courses offered by NDCDE include core courses, electives, Advanced Placement (AP), dual credit and credit recovery courses.
