We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our Technology Consulting group. As an employee of Eide Bailly, you will partner with one of our most valued clients to support their web design initiative. This position will be a contracted position; active through March 31, 2015 with the potential to extend longer.
Since 1917, Eide Bailly LLP hasprovided accounting and business advisory services to clients across all industries. Our Technology Consulting group provides strategicconsulting services, business management software solutions, technologyauditing and security risk management, network and systemimplementation, integration and support; and custom software application development.
Provide leadership and day to day direction to project team members.
Manage the project plan of of the re-platforming of a large website.
Execute the project plan and time-lines, revising when needed to meed changing requirements.
Analyze and maintain budget to actual cost schedules.
Manage day to day operational aspects of a project along with the large scope and expectations.
Provide updates and reports to leadership on project status. Giving recommendations of different work-flow if identified.
Facilitate and/or coordinate regular team meetings to get updates on project tasks.
Document risks and mitigation strategies.
Review all deliverables prepared by the team to audit for quality.
Facilitate change management and resolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
Define and execute a communications plan and strategy.
Effectively communicate relevant project information to the project team.
We are seeking a Project Manager who is highly organized and detail oriented. Successful candidates must be effective communicators - both verbal and written - and be a motivated, self-starter.
Strong understanding of project management practices - including agile development method
Experience managing web development projects, highly preferred
Experience using Microsoft Office suite
Candidates must be willing to work through March 2015, with the possibility of longer
