This position will be located in Fargo and will manage the Profile stores in Fargo and Moorhead
Bachelor's degree required. 6 months-1 year of experience with wellness programs, fitness, nutrition and weight management counseling highly preferred.
The manager will be responsible for the retail operations, coaching members and as well as other duties as assigned:
Provides leadership/supervision to the Profile Coaches which entails, but is not limited to clinical needs in training, organizing, standardizing, and optimizing of workflows relative to delivery of care to the Profile Members
Operations of the center including but not limited to: staffing, scheduling, inventory management, managing a P&L; statement
Lead and conduct Orientation Meetings on a rotating basis. Introduce and effectively encourage prospects to attend orientation meetings. Understand the details of the Profile Plan to effectively encourage participation in the program.
Must have exceptional verbal skills to give effective presentations and demonstrations.
Provide expertise in member education including facilitating group education and individual education sessions.
Ability to develop new ideas and create excitement about weight loss and weight maintenance and maintain healthy living imperative to the position.
The manager will track program effectiveness including retention of members, weight loss averages, reduction in medical issues, revenue analysis.
Provide nutrition theory and practice expertise to the Profile program, consultative services to the staff and to other Profile members. Assists in providing program development, staff education and best practices. Collaborates and provides Nutrition expertise with other Sanford Profile Managers and staff.
Provide exercise theory and practice expertise to the Profile program, consultative services to the staff and to other Profile members. Assists in providing program development, staff education and clinical best practices. Collaborates and provides exercise expertise with other Sanford Profile Clinic Managers and staff.
All job duties will be carried out using a high level of customer service while promoting and participating in the team approach. High level of professionalism is expected while promoting health and wellness both personally and professionally. Responsible to teh Profile Director at Sanford Frontiers and asist with setting the standard for quality of care. Provide nutrition knowledge and expertise with anticipated future research projects. Must maintain competence in nutrition and exercise theory and practice.
Equipment operated: computer skills to include us of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point as well as navigate and be proficient to teach and encourage members and team how to use the Profile web site.
When students are providing patient care, treatment, any/or services as a part of their training, any/all employees may be asked to supervise the students.
