UIC Technical Services (UICTS) is an Alaska Native holding company owned by Ukpeagvik I upiat Corporation (UIC). UIC Technical Services is based in Alexandria, VA. UICTS and its Bowhead family of companies provide our government and private sector customers' expertise in areas such as program management, systems engineering/integration, logistics/supply support, software management/development, IT services support, aviation logistics/performance based logistics (PBL), configuration management, risk management and training/simulation support.
Bowhead is looking for Cyber Systems Operations Specialists to be responsible for day-to-day operations, which includes the field maintenance services required to install, configure, support, maintain, administer and train on the RPA-SOC hardware/software systems supporting UAV operations at eight sites which include Air National Guard locations and the integration center at Robins AFB. The CSO Specialists will ensure the availability, reliability, sustainability, operations, and administration of information technology servers, data storage and software applications. The CSO's must possess a solid understanding of information systems (IS) technologies, protocols, standards, and applications required to integrate cyberspace systems and applications into the RPA-SOC Enterprise. Competencies should include servers, core services, distributed applications, security, enterprise storage, database administration, messaging, application monitoring, and client interfaces. Furthermore, the CSO's need to possess the skills required to support the identification, reconnaissance and exploitation of vulnerabilities within cyberspace environments to achieve desired affects.
This position will require ability to walk the facility in support of its needs, standing for long periods of time, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
Required Skills
DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certified (i.e. Security+).
One of the following Certifications: VMware (VCP5), CCNA or higher, and MCSA or higher.
Must have a proven track record in cyber systems.
Able to foster and encourage a positive working environment through good personnel practices consistent with I upiat core values.
Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to support Government with tact and diplomacy.
Desired Skills:
Experience with government contracts (DoD).
General knowledge of Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of 1971.
Perfunctorily understanding of unmanned air systems (UAS), unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) and remotely piloted aircraft (RPA).
Experience on the following systems: SAN Storage, Server Blade, SQL, SharePoint, C2ISR video data, network performance software, and Asynchronous Transport Mode (ATM).
SECURITY CLEARANCE : Must be able to maintain a TOP SECRET clearance.
Required Experience
Bachelor's Degree and more than five (5) years professional experience.
Candidates must follow all company Non-DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Program Requirements.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
