This position is responsible for managing and enhancing the performance of a team of Support Engineers, including the areas of customer satisfaction, technical expertise, and timeliness of support delivery.
The manager will monitor and enhance the performance of the team in the areas of productivity, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and employee development, as well as enhance the goal of quality support by providing individual coaching feedback sessions and one-on-ones that focus on improving customer satisfaction, communication skills and technical ability.
This position has broad scope with interactions with client customers from all segments.

Job Requirements
WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Prior team management experience strongly preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years management or supervisory experience
Previous outsourcing experience preferred.
Previous experience working on or in a Support Center/Help Desk Program.
Minimum of (3) years demonstrated customer service and skills.
Basic understanding or experience working with various accounting applications.
A strong team player (can-do) attitude.
Demonstrated commitment to high level customer service and satisfaction.
Hands-on experience with Windows Applications.
Previous call monitoring and coaching experience required.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive, constructive working relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills mandatory.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills mandatory.
Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to work as a team and motivate employees.
Proven flexibility and adaptability to perform in a constantly changing environment.
College and/or University diploma/degree or equivalent experience and/or skills required.
