Job Description:
Acts as the final point of escalation and resolution for technical advisory support. Provides advanced technical support to developers and enterprise corporate customers on escalated advisory issues. Provides support via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic media. May act as technical lead and provide technical training, coaching, and mentoring to other engineers. May provide consulting to internal or external customers. May deliver education services (webcasts) to internal or external customers. May research technical documents and feature lists. May need to analyze customer health data and deliver reports.
Technology focus : Active Directory / Platforms / Identity Management
Candidates with cloud (Azure) experience would be strongly preferred but not a requirement
Candidates with scripting and automation skills would be preferred (PowerShell, VBscript)
Operating System/Virtualization
Familiarity with Active Directory, Security, OS Internals concepts
Understanding of Virtualization concepts and virtual system administration
Networking
Familiarity with networking concepts including VIPs, NAT, DNS
Familiarity with networking tools (ping, tracert, tracemon, NetMon, wire shark, etc.)
Understanding of load balancing, geo-redundancy, CDN and VPN technologies preferred
Understanding of the OSI model and related concepts
Technology capability around Windows, SQL, SharePoint, Developer or Powershell are the various team members we are looking for.
