Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Day to Day Activities
Job Description:
Acts as the final point of escalation and resolution for technical advisory support.
Provides advanced technical support to developers and enterprise corporate customers on escalated advisory issues.
Provides support via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic media.
May act as technical lead and provide technical training, coaching, and mentoring to other engineers.
May provide consulting to internal or external customers.
May deliver education services (webcasts) to internal or external customers.
May research technical documents and feature lists. May need to analyze customer health data and deliver reports.
Required Skills: Desirable Skills:
Technology focus for October: Active Directory / Platforms / Identity Management
Cloud (Azure) experience would be strongly preferred but not a requirement
Scripting and automation skills would be preferred (PowerShell, VBscript)
Day-to-day responsibilities
Assist customer mainly via the phone and email.
Use a callback model meaning our engineers are assigned cases and have a at least some time to review issues before calling customers.
Primary role is to help customers resolve the issues with Exchange products.
