Monday-Friday 2nd shift (3:30pm-12am)
Base Rate: $15/hr ($16/hr after 6pm)
Expanding shift!! Looking to add 4 new operators by May 2015
Summary: The primary function of this position is to be responsible for equipment operation including set-up, operating, cleaning, and troubleshooting with strict adherence to all applicable SOP's, FDA- cGMPs and safety protocols.
Competencies Required:
Ability to provide prompt and reliable attendance
Must have ability to read, write, understand, and effectively communicate in English
Possess and maintain a high degree of self motivation
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Exceptional attention to detail
Self-initiative to identify and solve problems and help team members
Ability to problem solve in a logical manner
Computer/Mechanical background preferred
Education and experience required. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Previous production with machine set up experience preferred.
