Program Manager (Sales/Marketing/Sales/Prod Sup III)


Provides management and leadership to work teams for the successful delivery of strategic business projects or product introductions by gathering necessary resources, establishing priorities and delivering outcomes that are focused on business growth, products, and/or improving customer satisfaction or channel partner development.
Duties:
Leads work teams to gather necessary resources and establish priorities in support of strategic business initiatives or product introductions. Identifies the project deliverable, directs the design of the project plan, and leads the execution of the plan. Ensures projects are developed with realistic outcomes, business objectives and customer satisfaction targets. Determines and secures resources to assure successful completion of a project. Monitors ongoing project/program status and maintains communications with business unit leadership and affected stakeholders.

Requirements:
1.Minimum five years of experience in related product development, program mgmt or electronic manufacturing field.
2.Must have substantial depth of knowledge in areas of product development, program mgmt or manufacturing of electronic assemblies consisting of electronic hardware, software, & mechanical components.
3.Must be able to develop, manage, and communicate information in a clear and organized manner, including managing customer relationships to ensure clarity of understanding of objectives.
4.Must be able to manage cross-functional team performance to achieve results, identify & resolve conflicts. Also, must be able to analyze internal & external influences on individual & team performance & morale, and take actions to improve effectiveness.
5.Must be able to work with limited guidance in line with a broad plan, budget, or strategy.
6.Must be able to manage project scope, analyze and take actions on scope changes to achieve or modify project objectives.
7.Must be able to manage project schedules and perform ongoing analysis to forecast variances & trends and to develop & implement responses to achieve project objectives.
8.Must be able to manage project costs, and identify and implement responses to cost variations to maintain control over changing financial and overall project cost objectives.
9.Must be able to manage product costs, and identify and implement responses to cost variations to maintain control over changing financial and overall product cost objectives.
10.Must be able to manage quality assurance, analyze results, and initiate appropriate actions to enable quality outcomes.
11.Must be able to manage risk, analyze variances, and initiate risk responses to achieve objectives with minimal disruption and conflict in a changing environment.
12.Must be able to manage multiple projects, identify & resolve inter-and intra-project conflicts to minimize impact on project objectives

Applicant must be eligible to work in the US for immediate opening.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
