45-55.00 AN HOUR W2 CONTRACT (NEGOTIABLE) 3 year W2 contract
Minimum five years of experience in related product development, program mgmt or electronic manufacturing field.
Must have substantial depth of knowledge in areas of product development, program mgmt or manufacturing of electronic assemblies consisting of electronic hardware, software, & mechanical components.
Must be able to develop, manage, and communicate information in a clear and organized manner, including managing customer relationships to ensure clarity of understanding of objectives.
Must be able to manage cross-functional team performance to achieve results, identify & resolve conflicts. Also, must be able to analyze internal & external influences on individual & team performance & morale, and take actions to improve effectiveness.
Must be able to work with limited guidance in line with a broad plan, budget, or strategy.
Must be able to manage project scope, analyze and take actions on scope changes to achieve or modify project objectives.
Must be able to manage project schedules and perform ongoing analysis to forecast variances & trends and to develop & implement responses to achieve project objectives.
Must be able to manage project costs, and identify and implement responses to cost variations to maintain control over changing financial and overall project cost objectives.

Must be able to manage quality assurance, analyze results, and initiate appropriate actions to enable quality outcomes.

Must be able to manage multiple projects, identify & resolve inter-and intra-project conflicts to minimize impact on project objectives
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
