Installer-Waterproofing & Foundation Repair

Our company is GROWING and we are looking to add members to our production team. Our company will provide extensive training to qualified applicants on the specific solutions we provide to our customers.
Description: Perform tasks involving physical labor on waterproofing, crawlspace, egress windows, and foundation repair projects. Travel in MN & ND is required.
Key duties/
Responsibilities:
Install waterproofing, egress windows, foundation repair, and crawlspace products.
Load, unload, and identify materials, and tools, and distribute them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans.
Measure, mark, and record specifications and distances to lay out areas where construction work will be performed.
Provide assistance to other workers and foreman as necessary.
Read and interpret plans, instructions, and specifications to determine work activities.
Operate all tools and equipment required to do each job. Care for these tools and equipment in order to ensure long lasting use.
Clean and prepare construction areas to eliminate possible hazards.
Ensure proper clean-up of all work areas after each job is complete.
Must be able to lift 75lbs
Class A driver's license preferred but not required.
A pre-employment drug screen and valid driver's license is required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
