Food Service Worker Supervisor

This position is located within Nutrition and Food Services (NFS) at the Fargo VA Healthcare System, Fargo, ND.
You are responsible for the day to day operations in the planning and implementation of subordinates work assignments, coordinates daily operations for meal preparation and services, sets time schedules and priorities based on work schedules and determines tools and equipment needed for daily operations.
You are responsible for establishing and following work priorities, project schedules and continuous review of efficient, effective use of resources.
Your duties can include but are not limited to the following:
o Makes recommendations concerning long range manpower utilization, future food or equipment purchases o Reviews and recommends revisions to policies and procedures o Writes new procedures, prepares revisions to established procedures, position descriptions and performance plans o Prepares time and duty weekly work schedules for subordinates o Approves leave and certifies daily time and duty schedule o Maintains training program, develops lesson plans, and documents training given by preparing and submitting training records o Determines training needs of individual subordinates o Conducts orientation and on the job training o Performs performance appraisals including advising and counseling employees on expectations, how to improve performance and explain new work techniquesWork Schedule:

30pm or 11am to 3pm or 11am to 7:
30pm or 4:
30pm to 7:
30pm, 6am to 10 am with rotating every 3rd weekend 6am to 7:
30pm.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
